Intermediate Swahili (B2 Level)
Course Overview:
The Intermediate Swahili (B2 Level) course is designed to further develop students’ language skills and proficiency in Swahili. This course will focus on expanding vocabulary, improving conversational abilities, enhancing reading and listening comprehension, and refining writing skills. Through engaging and interactive lessons, students will gain the necessary tools to communicate effectively in various social and professional contexts, as well as delve deeper into Swahili culture and literature.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Engage in more complex conversations on a wide range of topics.
- Express opinions, arguments, and ideas with clarity and coherence.
- Read and understand longer texts, such as articles, essays, and literary works.
- Write structured and cohesive paragraphs and short essays.
- Deepen their understanding of Swahili culture, history, and literature.
Course Duration: 12 weeks (60 hours of instruction)
